ADARA TECHNOLOGIES PROMOTES ALESIO CICCHELLI TO VP & CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

TORONTO, ON – May 7, 2026 – Adara Technologies Inc. (www.adara-tech.com), a leading provider of innovative solutions that enable cable and broadband service providers to transform their Broadband and Video businesses, today announced the promotion of Alesio Cicchelli to Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer. Cicchelli previously served as VP, Global Operations & Canadian Sales and has been a key member of the Adara leadership for more than a decade.

In his new role, Cicchelli will lead global revenue strategy, sales execution, and customer success initiatives as Adara continues to expand its footprint and accelerate growth across international markets.

Cicchelli brings more than 30 years of experience spanning multinational sales, operations, project management, and Six Sigma leadership within the telecommunications industry and related sectors. Prior to joining Adara, he held senior leadership positions at Rogers Communications Inc., where he progressed through roles in operations, new product introduction, and process optimization.

As Regional Director of Technical Operations for Ontario’s Simcoe-Grey, York, and Durham regions, Cicchelli oversaw day-to-day operations for more than 500 employees and contractors, supporting a service footprint of over 750,000 homes.

Following his tenure at Rogers, Cicchelli founded COEM Consulting LTD., where he served as Owner and Executive Consultant. He advised clients across North and South America on initiatives including Video over IP deployments, operational efficiency programs, customer experience transformation, and the structuring of strategic sales partnerships.

Cicchelli holds a degree in Business Commerce and Management from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and is a graduate of the Telecommunications Management program at the University of Toronto.
