Adara Technologies today announced that Docomo Pacific, wholly-owned subsidiary of NTT DOCOMO, Japan’s leading mobile operator, and the largest telecommunications provider in Guam and its surrounding areas is the latest cable operator to choose to deploy its Bandwidth Reclamation Solution suite.
